By accessing or using the Tender platform, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Platform Purpose

Tender provides a structured digital environment where:

  • Buyers submit material requests (RFQs or Requests for Offers).

  • Suppliers respond with commercial offers.

  • Both parties communicate directly and professionally.

Tender is not a broker, agent, reseller, or intermediary.
We do not participate in pricing, negotiation, payment, or delivery.

All business decisions are made directly between buyers and suppliers.

2. Eligibility

By using Tender, you confirm that:

  • You are legally authorized to represent your company.

  • Your company operates in a legitimate business sector.

  • You are at least 18 years old.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these conditions.

3. Account Registration

To use the platform:

  • You must register with accurate, complete, and updated information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility.

We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or delete accounts that violate platform rules.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree NOT to:

  • Provide false or misleading information.

  • Submit irrelevant or fraudulent requests/offers.

  • Attempt to access other users’ data.

  • Upload harmful, illegal, or copyrighted material.

  • Interfere with platform security or systems.

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

5. Requests and Offers

When submitting a Request or an Offer, you acknowledge that:

  • You are fully responsible for the accuracy of all specifications, details, and information.

  • Tender does not verify the authenticity or completeness of requests or offers.

  • All commercial agreements are formed directly between buyers and suppliers.

Tender is not responsible for:

  • Prices

  • Quantities

  • Delivery timelines

  • Quality or specifications of materials

  • Payment terms

  • Contract performance or disputes

6. Communication Between Users

Tender allows direct communication between buyers and suppliers for business purposes only.

You agree that:

  • All communication must remain professional.

  • No abusive, offensive, or misleading messages are allowed.

  • Spam or mass solicitation is strictly prohibited.

Tender may monitor communication for compliance and security.

7. Fees and Payments

Tender currently does not process payments between users.
Any commercial transaction occurs outside the platform and entirely between the buyer and supplier.

Tender does not charge commissions on deals unless stated otherwise in future updates.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tender platform—including logos, designs, UI components, and system structure—is owned by Tender or its licensors.

Users may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Resell

  • Modify any part of the platform

without written permission.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Use the platform improperly

  • Pose security or legal risks

  • Submit fraudulent information

We reserve the right to remove content or disable access at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tender is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Tender is NOT liable for:

  • Financial losses

  • Failed deals

  • Incorrect information submitted by users

  • Delivery issues

  • Business disruptions

  • Disputes between buyers and suppliers

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Your use of Tender is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

Tender may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the new version.
