All business decisions are made directly between buyers and suppliers.
2. Eligibility
By using Tender, you confirm that:

Your company operates in a legitimate business sector.

You are at least 18 years old.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these conditions.
3. Account Registration
To use the platform:

You must register with accurate, complete, and updated information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility.
We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or delete accounts that violate platform rules.
4. Use of the Platform

All commercial agreements are formed directly between buyers and suppliers.

6. Communication Between Users
Tender allows direct communication between buyers and suppliers for business purposes only.
You agree that:

All communication must remain professional.

No abusive, offensive, or misleading messages are allowed.

Spam or mass solicitation is strictly prohibited.
Tender may monitor communication for compliance and security.
7. Fees and Payments
Tender currently does not process payments between users.
Any commercial transaction occurs outside the platform and entirely between the buyer and supplier.
Tender does not charge commissions on deals unless stated otherwise in future updates.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Tender platform—including logos, designs, UI components, and system structure—is owned by Tender or its licensors.
Users may not:
